I, Pauli Äyräs, have been accumulating shares of Aker Carbon Capture for almost
a year.

As of March 14, 2025, I own:
• 9,755,686 shares through Investment Insurance (Nordnet Livsforsikring AS
Suomen S)
• 26,950,166 shares through PaulIBet Oy (Nordnet Bank AB)
This represents a combined ownership of 6.08% of all outstanding shares, based
on a total of 604,242,218 shares.

The 5% threshold was reached on March 10, 2025, with 2,734,107 shares involved
in the transaction.
