Kistefos AS - New bond issue and fixed income investor call

17 March 2025 - Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic
Securities and DNB Markets to arrange a fixed income investor call Monday, 17
March 2025. A new NOK 500 million 5-year senior unsecured floating rate bond
issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

In connection with the potential new bond issue, Kistefos will offer a
conditional buyback of its outstanding bond with ticker "KIST08 PRO" (ISIN
NO0010911845), which will be contingent upon subscription in the new issue.
Subject to completion of the contemplated bond issue, Kistefos will call the
remaining net outstanding amount of KIST08 PRO in whole at 101% of par.
