Referring to announcement made 13 March 2025. An adjustment has been done on
buyback volumes of outstanding bonds. See below for amended buyback
announcement.

In conjunction with the new senior unsecured bond offering, Felleskjøpet Agri SA
has bought back:
• NOK 143 million of its outstanding senior unsecured bond FKOV14 PRO due 29
December 2025 (with ISIN: NO0010915374),
• NOK 292 million of its outstanding senior unsecured bond FKOV15 PRO due 17
January 2026 (with ISIN: NO0011202194) and
• NOK 4 million of its outstanding senior unsecured bond FKOV16 PRO due 22 April
2025 (with ISIN: NO0012496761)
