Option holder has exercised 28,710 options of NOK 12.

Oluf Bergsvik has exercised 28,710 options that were granted on 02.04.2012 –
after this, 28,710 options remain.

The company will send a new notification when the share capital increase has
been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.

All exercised options have been granted in accordance with the company's share
option program.
