Notification of acquisition of shares by primary insider

The primary insider, Fredrik Platou, who is a member of the Board of Sea1
Offshore Inc., is the chairman of the board of Platou Investments AS. On
14.03.2025, Platou Investments AS purchased 53,000 shares in Sea1 Offshore Inc.
(SEA1) at a nominal share price of NOK 18.7123 per share. Total purchase price
was NOK 991,752. Following the purchase Platou Investments AS owns shares equal
to 0.03% of the shares outstanding.
