MPCC: Fixed income investor meetings

Oslo, Norway, 14 March 2025: MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") has
mandated Arctic Securities and Pareto Securities as Joint Global Coordinators
and Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings
commencing Monday 17 March 2025. Clarksons Securities and Fearnley Securities
have been mandated as Co-Managers.

A tap issue in the Company's senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond due 9
October 2029 (ISIN: NO0013355248) may follow, subject to inter alia market
conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated tap issue shall be applied towards
general corporate purposes of the Group, which may include refinancing of
existing financial indebtedness and acquisition of maritime assets.

The Investor Presentation used in connection with the fixed income meetings is
attached.
