Lumi Gruppen (the "Company") announces that it will host a Capital Market Day on
9 April in Stockholm, with an option to join via livestream, commencing at 13:00
CET.

The event will provide an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Lumi’s
business, financial profile, and market dynamics. Management will present an
overview of the Company’s operations, key drivers of performance, and strategic
priorities, followed by a Q&A session.
