The board of directors of Instabank ASA intend to propose a dividend of 30.2
MNOK for 2024, equalling 0,08 NOK per share to the General Meeting. The General
Meeting will be held on April 10th, 2025.
The proposed dividend is in accordance with the new dividend policy decided by
the Board of Directors of Instabank: “Capital that is not allocated for growth
can be distributed as dividends to the bank's shareholders. When determining the
size of the dividend, the board shall consider solvency, future capital needs,
growth goals, and regulatory requirements.”
