Oslo, Norway - 13 March 2025 - Mr Ståle Rodahl, Executive Chairman, has
purchased 225,000 shares in Green Minerals AS at a price of NOK 2 per share.
Following this transaction Mr Rodahl owns 704,714 shares and 300,000 options in
the Company
