Luxembourg, March 13, 2025 – Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
(“Constellation” or the “Company”) reminds date for Full Year 2024 earnings
release and investor conference call.

Constellation will release its Full-Year 2024 financial results on March 25,
2025, via its investor relations website (ri.theconstellation.com). A conference
call to discuss the results will be held on March 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. BRT
