Zwipe AS – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Zwipe AS from trading on
Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II section
3.17.2 (1), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 12 March 2025 made the following
resolution: "The shares in Zwipe AS will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo
as of 13 March 2025. The last day of trading will be 12 March 2025."
