Regarding to exercise the call options

Refer to the previous announcement made today, below is the correct
announcement.
We refer to the announcement published 3 March 2025 regarding the exercise of
Pembroke Olive Downs Pty Ltd's call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under
its senior secured bond issue with ISIN NO0011173536.
The exercise of the call option was subject to certain conditions as set out in
the call option notice being satisfied or waived 3 business days before the call
option repayment date of 17 March 2025.
We are pleased confirm that the conditions for the call option have been
satisfied and that all outstanding bonds will be redeemed as set out in the
announcement published on 3 March 2025. The entire bond issue will be repaid at
a price equal to 105.00 per cent. of the Nominal Amount for each redeemed bond
(plus accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed amount), with record date on
13 March 2025 and settlement date 17 March 2025.
