Purchase of shares in Terningen Invest AS - Issuance of consideration shares to seller

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property
Invest ASA ("PPI") on 26 February 2025, regarding the purchase of 100 shares
in Terningen Invest AS ("Terningen"), corresponding to 1 % of the outstanding
shares in Terningen for a total consideration of NOK 1.6 million. As disclosed
in the said announcement, the purchase price for the relevant shares in
Terningen will be settled by issuance of 86,299 new shares in PPI (the
"Consideration Shares"). PPI's board of directors has today resolved to issue
the Consideration Shares to the seller pursuant to the authorization to
increase PPI's share capital granted by PPI's general meeting on 12 April
2024.

Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the
Consideration Shares with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises,
PPI's share capital will be NOK 10,759,506.20 divided into 215,190,124 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
