Payment of 2027 multi-currency bond coupon

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; PINK
MARKET: ZENAF), the listed international energy production and development
company, is pleased to announce that it has recently made coupon payments, in
full and on time, in respect of the following multi-currency Euro Medium Term
Notes the Company has issued on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange:

• Zenith 10.125% EUR - N.23-27/S8 (ISIN: XS2647375752)
• Zenith 10.50% GBP - N.23-27/S13 (ISIN: XS2638487996)
• Zenith 10.375% USD - N.24-26/S10 (ISIN: XS2638488028)
