North Energy ASA - Annual Report for 2024

The Board of North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") has on 11 March 2025
approved the 2024 annual financial statements and annual report. The numbers are
identical to the preliminary 2024 accounts published as part of the fourth
quarter 2024 financials on 14 February 2025.

The Annual Report will be published on the 19 March 2025.

The Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held on 10 April 2024,
will be sent to shareholders in a separate announcement.
