Markets and Nordea as Joint Bookrunners to arrange fixed income investor
meetings, commencing on Tuesday 11th March 2025. One or more senior unsecured
bond issues with tenors of 3.25 to 7 years may follow, subject to inter alia
market conditions.

In conjunction with the potential bond issuance, the company may consider
partial buybacks of its outstanding senior unsecured bonds FKOV14 PRO due 29
December 2025 (with ISIN: NO0010915374) and FKOV15 PRO due 17 January 2026 (with
ISIN: NO0011202194).
