Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by CodeLab Capital AS
(the "Company") on 13 February 2025 regarding the Company's extraordinary
general meeting resolving a reverse share split of the Company's shares in the
ratio 50:1.
The reverse share split has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the share capital of the
Company is NOK 46,949,022.95 divided into 6,835,875 shares, each with a nominal
value of NOK 6.86803415.
