9 March 2025: Einar J. Greve, chair of the board of directors and primary
insider of the Company, has acquired 97,931 shares in the Company at an average
price of NOK 12.4927 per share, acting through Cipriano AS. Following the
transaction and receipt of the shares pertaining to the warrant exercise
announced on 7 March 2025, Einar J. Greve and his closely associated companies
hold 3,092,931 shares, equivalent to approximately 3.41% of the Company's share
capital following the share capital increase pertaining to the warrant
exercises.
