Lorenz AS has today acquired 500.000 shares in CodeLab Capital AS at an average
price of NOK 0,0713 per share. Lorenz AS is controlled by Anton Bondesen,
Chairman of the Board, and primary insider. Following the transaction Anton
Bondesen and related parties hold 106.073.414 shares in the Company,
corresponding to 31,03% of the outstanding shares.
