Oslo, Norway - 7 March 2025 - Mr Hans Christian Anderson, Board member, has
today purchased 20,000 shares in Green Minerals AS at a price of NOK 2.24 per
share. Following this transaction Mr Anderson owns 60,000 shares, representing
approximately 0.4% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
