Vegfinans Innlandet AS - Successful NOK bond issuance

Vegfinans Innlandet AS (issuer rating AA, stable by Scope Ratings) has today
issued NOK 1,000 million in a new 5-year bond issue with a coupon of 3 months
Nibor + 0.52 % p.a.

The new bond will have guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from Innlandet County
Municipality (AAA, stable by Scope Ratings) and is expected to receive a bond
rating of AAA by Scope Ratings.

The net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of projects in the
region.

Settlement date is set to 13 March 2025 and the new bond issue will be applied
for listing at Nordic ABM.

DNB Markets and Handelsbanken acted as Joint Lead Managers.
