(Oslo, 6 March 2025) Spotlio AS (Spotlio, Euronext Growth Oslo:SPOT) reported
revenues of USD 2.6 million in the third quarter of financial year 2024/25,
ending 31 January 2025 representing a 5% year-on-year decrease. The Company
reported an EBITDA of USD 0.1 million, marking the first profitable quarter in
the Company's history and representing a significant improvement in comparison
to the EBITDA of USD -0.3 million in prior year. The Company had a cash position
of USD 0.9 million as per 31 January 2025.
In April 2024, Spotlio AS secured a senior debt facility totaling approximately
USD 1.7 million. This facility is scheduled to mature in April 2025, and the
company is currently engaged in negotiations with its lenders to extend the loan
for a minimum of an additional 12 months, with a minimum target renewal date of
April 2026.
