Major Shareholding Notification

As of 5th March, Melqart Opportunities Master Fund Ltd.’s (the “Fund”), Tages
International Funds ICAV – Melqart Event Driven Ucits Fund (the “Fund”) and DS
LIQUID DIV RVA MEL, LLC (the “Fund”) holdings in Paratus Energy Services Ltd
fell below 5% of voting rights and issued share capital. The combined holding is
6,046,383 shares of Common Stock which is represented by 3.27% of the issued
share capital and voting rights of the Company and 0.29% in CFDs.

Melqart Asset Management (UK) Ltd acts as Investment Manager for Melqart
Opportunities Master Fund Ltd and DS LIQUID DIV RVA MEL, LLC , and sub
investment manager for the Fund Tages International Funds ICAV – Melqart Event
Driven Ucits with full investment and voting discretion.
