Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 6 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 21 February
2025 regarding the launch of a subsequent repair offering (the "Subsequent
Repair Offering") and the registration of a national prospectus in connection
with the Subsequent Repair Offering. As part of this process, subscription
rights (the "Subscription Rights") have been allocated to close associates of
primary insiders in the Company.
