Morten Strømgren, SVP Ownership and Investments at Hermana Holding ASA, has
purchased 4,014 shares in Hermana Holding ASA today 6 March 2025 at an average
price of NOK 10.6413 per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Strømgren controls 8,000 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA, which equals 0.06 percent of the issued shares and votes in the
company.
