Oslo, Norway - 6 March 2025 - Mr Hans Christian Anderson, Board member, has
purchased 30,000 shares in Green Minerals AS at a price of NOK 2.25 per share.
Following this transaction Mr Anderson owns 40,000 shares, representing
approximately 0.3% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
