Argeo ASA: Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting

Asker, 6 March 2025: Reference is made to stock exchange announcements by Argeo
ASA ("Argeo" or the "Company") on 13 February 2025 regarding the notice of an
extraordinary general meeting of the Company, and on 12 February, regarding a
successfully completed private placement to raise gross proceeds of NOK 150
million (the "Private Placement") and a contemplated subsequent offering (the
"Subsequent Offering").

The extraordinary general meeting in the Company was held today 6 March 2025.
All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting in accordance with
the proposals by the board. The minutes and voting protocol are attached hereto
and are also available on the Company's website: www.argeo.no.

Settlement of the Tranche 2 Shares is expected to take place on or about 10
March 2025. The Tranche 2 Shares will be settled through a delivery versus
payment transaction with existing and unencumbered shares in the Company that
are admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs pursuant to a share lending
arrangement between the Company, the Managers, and Kistefos AS. The Tranche 2
Shares are tradable as of this announcement.
