Ucapital Global Plc (formerly Aleph Finance Group Plc) announces that UCapital Ltd sells its stake held in Ucapital Global Plc

Ucapital Global Plc ("Ucapital") a UK company listed on Euronext Paris – “Access”, with ISIN code GB00BJ9M4V82, announces that ALLAMANDA R.E. s.r.l., has bought from UCapital Ltd n. 5,764,739 ordinary shares, corresponding to 40% of the share capital of UCapital. ALLAMANDA R.E. s.r.l., is now the major shareholder of Ucapital. 

This divestment transaction, which took place following UCapital Ltd's acquisition of the asset management activities carried out by UCapital Asset Management, redefines the new operational path that the UCapital Group intends to pursue. As part of the strategic redefinition of its activities, UCapital Ltd deemed its stake in Ucapital no longer functional to the development of its core business and decided to sell it to the party offering the best future prospects for the company.
