S.D. Standard ETC PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that Ioannis Panagidis
has today, 5 March 2025, sold 186,173 shares in the Company at NOK 1,81 per
share.

Ioannis Panagidis is the spouse of Mrs. Evangelia Panagidi, general manager of
S.D. Standard ETC PLC, and is considered a closely related party pursuant to
applicable regulations.

Following the transaction, Ioannis Panagidis holds zero shares in S.D. Standard
ETC PLC.
