Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS: Result of Bondholders Written Resolution

Reference is made to the notice for bondholders written resolution dated 4 March
2025, regarding proposal to amend the bond terms to allow for tap issue of USD
33 million to the Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS 12.5% Senior Secured Bonds
2022/2027 with ISIN NO0012734112.

The proposal has been adopted on the basis of the written resolution. Reference
is made to the attached message from Nordic Trustee.

Clarksons Securities acts as Manager and Bookrunner for the transaction.
