published by XXL ASA (the "Company") on 28 February 2025 regarding the
commencement of the subscription period in the rights issue (the "Rights
Issue"). As part of this process, subscription rights have been allocated to
primary insiders and their close associates. In addition, the Company has been
informed that certain primary insiders have exercised their subscription rights
and subscribed for new shares.
