Intertrade Shipping AS has today purchased 860,735 shares in Medistim ASA at a
price of NOK 151,- per share. After the purchase, Intertrade Shipping AS owns
935,735 shares in Medistim ASA.

Intertrade Shipping AS owns 100% of the subsidiary Fløtemarken AS. Fløtemarken
AS already owns 1,285,000 shares in Medistim ASA.

Overall, after today's purchase, Intertrade Shipping AS controls 2,220,735
shares in Medistim ASA.
This represents 12.1% of the company's shares.

Intertrade Shipping AS is majority-owned and controlled by Øyvin A. Brøymer,
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Medistim ASA.
