Morten Strømgren, SVP Ownership and Investments in Magnora ASA, has purchased
4,000 shares in Magnora ASA today 4 March 2025 at an average price of NOK 21.30
per share.

Following this acquisition, Morten Strømgren controls 4,000 shares in Magnora
ASA, which equals 0.01 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
