Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo

The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later
than 5. May 2025.”
