The Company informs about the operations carried out by persons with management responsibilities (directors or executives) and related persons, in application of the provisions of the regulations on Market Abuse, notifying the CNMV of these operations.

• The purchase transactions carried out by Nice & Green (N&G) between February 24 and March 3, 2025, accounted for 1.4% of the total trading volume of shares on BME Growth. During this same period, N&G did not make any sales of shares.
