Executive personnel in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA, have on 3 March 2025 received
shares in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA ("Gjensidige" or the "Company", OSE:GJF, LEI
5967007LIEEXZX6FAO47, ISIN NO0010582521), as part of the share-based payment
arrangements. 19 979 shares have been allocated to executive personnel as
variable pay. For a description of share-based payment to executive personnel,
reference is made to note 26 in the annual report for 2024.
Following the allocation of shares mentioned above, and the sale of shares to
employees in connection with the share savings scheme described in the stock
exchange release on 27 January 2025, Gjensidige will own 30 643 own shares.
