Mandatory notification of trade

Gentian Diagnostics ASA ("Gentian") has today been notified that the following
transaction has been completed by a close associate of a primary insider in
Gentian:

Holta Invest AS, a close associate of Espen Tidemann Jørgensen, a board member
and primary insider in Gentian, has sold 1,228,502 shares in Gentian at NOK
46.50 per share.

PCA notification pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation Article 19 is
attached.
