Xplora Technologies announces the launch of HMD Fusion X1, the first smartphone for teens in collaboration with HMD

Oslo, 2 March 2025 -- Xplora Technologies AS ("XPLORA") together with HMD
launch their first smartphone for teens: HMD Fusion X1.

In October 2024 Xplora announced a strategic partnership with HMD Global, the
home of Nokia phones, to drive its expansion into the youth phone market. This
partnership marks a significant milestone in Xplora's journey toward reaching
one million subscriptions.

Now, the first HMD-Xplora product is ready to address the urgent challenges of
teenagers' digital habits, the need for parental control, online safety, and
more responsible smartphone use.
