Borregaard ASA: Shares for employees 2025

28 February 2025: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 3 and 10 February regarding
the shares to employees' programme. Today Borregaard transferred in total
170,745 shares to the 476 employees who participated in this year's programme.

After this transfer Borregaard owns 272,987 treasury shares.
