Nesheim in Vår Energi bought 3 500 shares in the company at a price of NOK 33.00
per share. Following the purchase, Jan Inge Neshem holds a total of 53 068
shares in Vår Energi ASA.
In addition, a close associate of Jan Inge Nesheim, bought 450 shares in the
company at a price of NOK 33.00 per share.
Details on the transaction is included in the attached notification of trading.
