SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Transactions in SmartCraft shares

26 February 2025 - Reference is made to the acquisition of Clixifix, announced 2
May 2024, related to which a small portion of the settlement was to be made
through 177,353 SmartCraft shares held in SmartCraft's treasury.

The shares were transferred today at a calculated price of NOK 25.44 per share.

In relation to this, 107,307 of the above mentioned SmartCraft shares are
transferred to James Farrell, a primary insider of SmartCraft. Please see the
attached form for a detailed notification and public disclosure of the
transaction. Following the transaction Mr. Farrell holds 107,307 shares in
SmartCraft ASA, and 407,000 shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment
program.

Subsequent the transaction, SmartCraft holds 4,417,356 own shares, in addition
to any shares potentially purchased through the share buyback program since the
most recent disclosure 21 February 2024. This will be announced on or about
March 4, 2025.
