Purchase of shares in Terningen Invest AS and intention to put forward an offer for the remaining shares

Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has today acquired 100 shares,
corresponding to 1 % of the outstanding shares in Terningen Invest AS
("Terningen") for a total consideration of NOK 1.6 million. Terningen owns the
20,700 sqm property Terningen Arena Elverum. Following this transaction PPI
owns 1,648 shares, corresponding to 16.48 % of the outstanding shares in
Terningen. The purchase of shares will be settled by issuing 86,299 new shares
in PPI following a resolution by the board of directors to increase the share
capital pursuant to the authorization to increase PPI's share capital granted
by PPI's general meeting on 12 April 2024.

PPI also plans to put forward an offer to acquire the remaining outstanding
shares in Terningen for NOK 16,000 per share with voluntary settlement in cash
and/or new shares in PPI at a share price equivalent to NOK 18.54 per share.
Such offer will be subject to the publication by PPI of an offering prospectus
