FLAGGING NOTICE – REDUCTION OF SHAREHOLDING BELOW 15%

Draupnir Invest AS, a company owned by the family of Steffen Kirknes, has today,
26th of February 2025, sold a total of 350.000 shares in Norbit ASA (NORBT NO)
at NOK 110.00 per share. Reducing its ownership from 5.65% to 5.1%. Steffen
Kirknes owns 4% of outstanding shares in Draupnir, but 100% of the voting
rights. The total number of shares controlled by Steffen Kirknes after the
transaction is 3,252,949 in Draupnir Invest and 6,164,495 in VHF Invest.
A total of 9,417,444 which equals 14,77% ownership in Norbit ASA. The sale is
due to tax reasons.
