SuperOffice Group AS (the "Company") has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of the
partial exercise of its call option and redemption of outstanding bonds in an
aggregate nominal amount of NOK 143,000,000 under its senior secured bond issue
2020/2025 with ISIN NO0010900129.
