Notice of annual general meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will be held Wednesday
20 March 2025 at 17:00 (CET). Shareholders may attend either digitally or in
person, the latter at Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's head office, located at
Schweigaards gate 21, 0191 Oslo.
The notice, including agenda for the General Meeting and selected appendices,
are attached to this disclosure. The notice will be sent to shareholders on 25
February 2025.
The notice, with complete appendices, will be made available on Gjensidige's
website: www.gjensidige.com/investor-relations/corporate-governance.
Recommendation for the Election of Board Members for the Term 2025-2026

The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA consists of ten members, of which seven
are elected by shareholders and three are elected by employees. Chair Gisele
Marchand, along with board members Hilde Merete Nafstad and Vibeke Krag, have
informed the nomination committee that they do not wish to be re-elected after
having served for fifteen, eight, and seven years, respectively.

The nomination committee of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA has unanimously decided
the following recommendation to the General Meeting for the election of the
shareholder elected board members for the term 2025 - 2026:

Dag Mejdell (new chair)
Eivind Elnan (re-election as member)
Gunnar Robert Sellæg (re-election as member)
Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø (re-election as member)
Mari Thjømøe (new member)
Simona Trombetta (new member)
Tor Magne Lønnum (re-election as member)

The board elections will take place at the ordinary general meeting of
Gjensidige Forsikring ASA on 20 March 2025.

This notification is subject to disclosure under the Norwegian Securities Act
section § 5-12 and the requirements of Euronext Oslo Børs' Continuing
Obligations.
