Nortura SA – Successful issuance of hybrid bonds

Nortura SA (rated BB+ / stable by Nordic Credit Rating) has today successfully
completed a new NOK 600 million subordinated hybrid bond issue with a tenor of
25.25 years. The bond issue has a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 4.15% p.a. and has
a first call option for the issuer after 5 years.
The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes,
including partly refinancing of the outstanding hybrid bond issue with ISIN
NO0012519737.
The new bond issue will be applied for listing at Nordic ABM.
Danske Bank and DNB Markets acted as joint bookrunners for the transaction.
