Zaptec ASA: Cancellation of Extraordinary General Meeting

Sandnes, 24 February 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published by Zaptec ASA (the
"Company") on 28 January 2025 and 7 February 2025 regarding a request to call
for an extraordinary general meeting.

Following a dialogue with the nomination committee of the Company, the
shareholder group has decided to withdraw its request for an extraordinary
general meeting. This will give the nomination committee ample time to consider
the composition of the board of directors as part of its ordinary preparations
for the annual general meeting.
