SATS ASA: Status on share buyback

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS"
or the "Company") on 11 February 2025 of the launch of SATS' program to
repurchase up to 10,000,000 of the Company's shares in open market
transactions for a total amount of up to NOK 100 million during the period
from 17 February 2025, until no later than 25 April 2025, the last trading day
before to the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting, pursuant to an agreement
with DNB Markets. For the period from and including 17 February 2025, through
21 February 2025, the Company purchased a total of 753,253 shares at an
average price of NOK 31.5019 per share, all purchased as ordinary market
purchases on Euronext Oslo Børs.

The issuer's holding of own shares:
Following the completion of the above transactions, SATS owns a total of
939,794 of own shares (including 186,541 shares owned prior to the launch of
the buyback program), corresponding to 0.46% of SATS' share capital.
