24 February 2025 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Endúr ASA on 11 February 2025 regarding the notice of an extraordinary general
meeting to be held on Tuesday, 4 March 2025 at 11:00 CET.

The Nomination Committee has submitted its recommendations in relation to item
10 "Board election" on the agenda for the general meeting. The Nomination
Committee's recommendations are attached to this announcement and available on
