BerGenBio - Disclosure of shareholding

Investinor Direkte AS (“Investinor”), has on 21 February 2025 sold 39,947 shares
in BerGenBio ASA (“BerGenBio”). Following the transaction, Investinor now holds
1,915,433 shares in BerGenBio, corresponding to 4.90% of the share capital.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
